Visiting from out of state, but grew up in So Cal. HAD to have In N Out!! Double Double Animal Style with Animal Style Fries. Still as good as ever. Drive Thru line was very long but moved quickly. Service was friendly. Can't wait until they open near Nashville in a few years. It'll only be 4.5 hours away.

I can usually count on the consistent quality at any In 'n Out. And the South Torrance In 'n Out (Crenshaw and Lomita) doesn't disappoint.Our food was fresh and prepared exactly how we requested. I usually don't post on fast food chains. But I decided to write a review to commend an exceptional employee named Chapman who was working there this Sunday night. When we entered In 'n Out, Chapman greeted everyone with a smile, "Hello" and a "Welcome!" even though he was busy taking care of the trash receptacles. As I sat in the dining room, I noticed how hard Chapman was working. Besides his "hello" and "welcome" greetings, he thanked customers and said goodbye to customers leaving. Chapman was in constant motion; cleaning tables, offering to throw away trash for customers, sweeping, and even wiping down the trash receptacle. It's very nice to see a young man like Chapman, who exemplifies integrity, demonstrates a great work ethic, and has wonderful interpersonal skills!

We had burgers for snack and surprisingly the burgers were delicious. They have nice flavors and nice portion size. The patty was juicy and flavorful, cooked perfectly, and the bun was soft and held everything together nicely. The toppings were fresh, and and the melted cheese give more flavor. Friendly service, quick, and a clean, relaxed atmosphere.

First in and out burger! The burger and fries came out great, I loved the place. Staff were so friendly and happy. Manager came out to make his rounds as well to make sure you are happy. I have to be honest though, I had better burgers. However, the overall experience is definitely 5 stars+, highly recommend!

The menu is so simple, you can't mess it up! All the staff seem very kind and equally trained and moved as quickly as they could! The food was made fresh and was very hot, and the wait time wasn't too bad. There is not enough outdoor seating and the inside is so crowded it can easily become a fire hazard in an emergency. The drive thru was wrapped around the building into the parkinglot and the street, causing stress and frustration to passing cars even with a security guard directing traffic. It is a chaotic area to be in but the food is very good, and priced well. Overall the only thing hurting the experience is how successful they are.
